Redirection based on time

I know Java-Script has codes for redirection, but i need one for PHP.
I saw someone post something about redirection based on what kind of URL but, it didn't have anything to do with a "TIME BASED" redirection Script.
I need a script that will redirect the user to another page in a couple of seconds.
Any help? BTW I have seacrhed for this.

use a refresh meta tag.
