Does anyone have suggestions on how to create an image with four boxes and a road connecting them. Then, give each image including the individual sections of roads hyperlinks. Then, depending on an external event, say the road is closed, change the color and link fo that road dynamically?
Any suggestions where to start. What I am really concerned about is including a hyperlink with the creation of an individual polygon, circly, whatever.
