Image Maick question

I use the following to create a thumbnail at 200 pixl width then I use -crop to the bottem of the image to a nice 150 pixl height. so the image should be 200X150 however this is not working for me....any ideas why...thankyou in advance

convert -geometry 200 -crop 0*150 -border 1 -bordercolor black temp/$pic /home/asdf/$pic;
