What is the correct way to send out HTML E-Mail, for the majority of people to have it work for? As an attachment? Or just add Content-type to the header, and put all the HTML text right in the message?
Also, what happens if you send an HTML E-Mail (whether it be an attachment or the other way),and the person cannot receive HTML E-Mail?
