Could searching a mysql database

Could anyone help me with really annoying problem.

the members_num text field is supposed to pass its value to the hidden field, which then passes its value to the variable $id. This should result in the members account details to be shown

I know it something really simple but Im new to php and this is just really anoying me.

You never seem to use $uid or $members_num for anything, and $id is hardcoded to 205. Is there any reason for these?
