Greater than

Help,
Not being a PHP guru, I have used this sample script in a flsah file to display a highscore table, What I need to do though is when have the lowest score entered and not the larger score (does that make sense!) I think its probably just turning the greater than (>) sign around but which one? Hope you can help Thank you, heres the script:
