Anyone else have problems with rand on the standard Win32 build of PHP 4.1.1. I think this used to work for me, but I just recently noticed that rand doesn't seem too random anymore!!
Yes, I am using srand.
Rand in 4.1.1 running in my production environment (FreeBSD) seems to work just fine.
