scrolling include?

i would like to insert an included .php file into a larger .php coded page and I would like the include to scroll if the content is great enough to require it... can someone please give me the correct code?

Nothing to do with PHP - "great enough to require it" is meaningless without a lot more detail about the HTML, Javascript, and/or CSS you've got on your page where you want the included text to go. None of which is done server-side.

ok... the include retrieves rows from a mysql database and puts them in a table.

if there are too many rows in the table to fit into the size specified for the include on the page it's in, i would like the area that the include is displayed in to scroll.
