Rounding Up

Hi, i know how to use the round function to round to a certain number of decimal places but is there a way to round numbers up to the next 1 like..

3.2 = 4
6.1 = 7
9.1 = 10
7.8 = 8
9.2 = 10
3.7 = 4

etc.....
