I use form submit buttons to help people navigate through my site. Another form is used to submit a file and a few fields of data to the server to determine how the file is stored. Sometimes when people click on the submit buttons for navigation or file upload, they get a "Page cannot be Displayed" error. If they hit the back button and hit the button submit again, they go right through without any problems. This does not happen every time nor does it happen to every user. Any ideas as to what might be causing this isues would be greatly appreciated.
