implode deliminator after fgetcsv

question, if "^" is my delimiator character that "fgetcsv" finds in sample.txt,
and i put an array to data[$c] on it, and now i use "implode" to look at each row, what is the deliminator to use with "implode", i don't think the "^" is there any longer to look at as a deliminator? do i use " ", a blank space? or what?
