Date magic

I\'m trying to find a way to get the date of the next 3rd saturday, I have no idea how I would do this without using a massive ammount of if/else statements to cover every possible scenario. If anybody has done something like this before, please point me in the right direction or just explain how to do it.

The following works only if you take the time to read the PHP manual about date functions. Also, read about timestamps.

Take the current date, find out what day of the week that is.
From that you know how many days to add to get to the next saturday. Then add 14 days and you're on the 3rd saturday from now.
