execute code within array

hello,

i'm trying to do an if-statement in an array:

$ar = array("test", "bla", "<? if($var) { echo "bla"; } ?>")

but this won't work!? any hints? tia!

$temp = "bla";
}
$ar = array("test", "bla", $temp);

You can also try :

$ar = array("test", "bla", ($var?"bla":""));

well, thanks for your replies, but i explain my problem insuffieciently:

$ar array("test", "bla", "xyz <? if($var=="example") { echo "ok"; } xyz");

means i got some text before and after the "if" ... is there no other way than doing it like chris said? it's kind of long winded in my case...

Yes, you can allways do :

$ar = array("test", "bla", "Bla2".($var?"bla":"")."Foo2");
