Using INCLUDE inside an ECHO

Hi,
Problem:
i want to place an include inside an echo statement like so
echo" blah, blah blah
include("../../include/crop.x")
more blah, blah blah"; //end of echo.

The problem is obviously with the " marks. I tried the old \" but to no avail. The only thing that works is to end the echo before the include and then start another after it. Is there another way??
