Hi there!
When in a frame, I want to be able
to "know" the location of the whole site,
not of the frame I'm in, as I would using:
$SERVER_NAME
$HTTP_HOST
I want the info that's in the Address-
field of the browser, is that possible?

Also, I want one frame to give
the whole page it's header,
is that possible?
