How can I make an asx file?

Hi,
I'm new to this, that's why I'm asking. Is there any tutorial or article out there on how to make an .asx file?

Any help is highly appreciated.

2. ASX is a play list for Windows Media Player formatted in XML style. Here is a sample I generated with a freeware program
