Dev dates using php !

Im haveing a little problem , look at this site ...

www.mrage.modnmod.net/index.php

as you can see , beside each team memebers name , it says the date it has been last updated ...
Newspro is set up that for each person , it updates a seperate .txt file , all of that is correct , the code we are using to detect when it has been updated it ...

and it doesnt seem to work , please help , and if you need more info , just tell me what you need ......

if you look in the actual txt files, are the dates correct? Are the stored in a different format or are you trying to change the format when you display them?
