What does this line of code do:
$body = preg_replace("'^{.*<small>&nbsp;<em><a} href=\"/sources/info/1082/\">WAP and 3G</A></em></small>'si", "", $body);

It basically matches small> <em><a href=\"/sources/info/1082/\">WAP and 3G</A></em></small> and replaces it with "" (nothing).
