PHP Redirection

I'm trying to replace a perl script with a new php script. The perl script had a URI passed to it with no variable name like this Redirect.pl?http://www.blah.com. I know how to do a Location:.. in php, but how do I get it to accept the url that has no variable name? The reason I need it to have no variable name is that I have 1012 pages with 4 links a piece linked to the file in that manner. I'm trying to write a script that accepts .php4?http://www... so I dont have to go through all 1012 pages and change the links to .php4?url=http://www....

Ok, I am using this:

$OutURL = $argv[1];
header ("Location: $OutURL");

and when I go to cgi-bin/ax.php4?http://www.whatever.com it just shows the directory listing of my cgi-bin. Did I just miss something?

A lot of times php files cannot be interpretted from the cgi-bin directory, try putting it into a regular document directory. Also try using the extention .php instead of .php4 unless you're sure that the webserver is set up to pass that extention to the php module.
