CSS and Browser Detection IE 6

I was using PHP to identify the user's browser and adjust font sizes as shown in Tim Perdue's article. I had it working when viewed in Internet Explorer 5.5, but in IE 6 some of the fonts and colors are wrong. sites are mhitchcock.com and mhitchcock.info.

I have rechecked my style sheets and found a typo that seemed to be causing the problem an "=" instead of a ":". I am now getting the correct fonts--the only problem remaining is the page doesn't fit on the screen.
