disabling "use_include_path" at fopen,..

Hi,
I got libraries which I'd like to share on the server. The problem is that I don't want everyone to read the content.

Safemode either restricts include() to the same uid/gid or when using safe_mode_include_dir allows to open the files with fopen again. Is there any solution?
