I am looking for a php script that would detect browsers (microsoft, netscape) that are of version 3 and below and if so, it would not load the style sheets...
and if the browser is microsoft, it would load a certain style sheet, and if its a netscape browser, it would load a different style sheet.
Your help would be appreciated.
