Why would I be getting an error from this copy command:

copy ("$PropertyImage", "/home/ejfweb/ejfrealestate-www/images/houseimages/$ImageName");

The error is:
Warning: Unable to create '/home/ejfweb/ejfrealestate-www/images/houseimages/logo.gif': Permission denied in /home/ejfweb/ejfrealestate-www/EJFAdmin/addinfo.php on line 10

looks like a directory permissions issue
