Hi,
I have form, which is based on pass through query. When the query is run it populates buyer, department, pick_qty and price in FORM. Sum of pick_qty and sum price is displayed at the bottom of the form as grand total.
Now the user wants sub total of pick_qty and price based on department along with grand total.
Let’s say department between 100 and 200 is food items and department between 200 and 300 are non-food items.
BUYER DEPT PICK_QTY PRICE
1 100 10 2.00
2 100 5 3.00
2 300 2 9.00
FOOD ITEM TOTAL ? ?
NON FOOD ITEM TOTAL ? ?
GRAND TOTAL 17 14.00
