Regular Expression

Hi there,
Saw this page and am hopefull that I will get the solution to my problem.
Any help is welcome.

Iam not very good with regular expressions and want to create a regular expression that can handle the follwing format:

$(hello "args1str" "args2str")

where
(a)first $( are fixed...
(b) the word hello can be in uppercase or in lowercase or a mixture of both
(c) there are two strings...e.g args1str can be word email(again lower/upper case) and the args2str can be the email address like [e-mail]

I have to use this regular expression to find a pattern in a text file using Jakarta RegExp......
