Yeah I Know I'm A Still A Lamer Begginer And Probably Over My Head But Way I Love To Learn Is To Jump Into Something Hard And Pick It Apart.. shrugs Wierd I Guess.. At Any Rate.. Working With Classes And Was Just Wondering If When Creating A New Class After Webpage Is Closed Does The Coding Remember Values Or Must You Stash Them Away Into An Array Of Some Sort??... Would Appreciate Any Help In This Matter Or Ideas Preciate It Much! Lyam!

Anyhoo, not sure what you mean when you say "After Webpage Is Closed", but generally all variables pertaining to a class are destroyed and when the class is. Static variables can survive across classes I think, but possible only to classes of the same class (someone back me up/correct me please!).

If you want to retain variables across pages without posting the in the URL, I suggest you look at sessions, but then that's not realted to classes.

I guess you should look at declaring static variables then 🙂

Hey, can anyone tell me if PHP has Application level variables? I need to convert an ASP page to PHP and I NEED to use Application level vars (Flash chat thing).

Yah was on purpose capatilized every word =P.. thks for the help think actually understood most.. sum.. of that lol nah really thks though been programming in c++ switching to php has been easy as far as coding but the storage of variables and info seems to be a differ a lil preciate the input much!.
