Reading From Text File - How Can I Sort?

I have a script that reads records in a text file and displays name, address, city, state, zip and small logos depending on a code in the record. These logos are indicative of a level of importance. I'd like to list the results by these levels. Here is the URL:

array_multisort() can be used to sort several arrays at once or a multi-dimensional array according by one of more dimensions. It maintains key association when sorting.
