How "load" different include files?

I have 2 different include files, (include1.inc & include2.inc) that I want to include in the webpage depending on time of day.

I want to include the file include1.inc between 6 in the morning until 6 in the evening (day time) and include2.inc between 6 in the evening until 6 in the morning (night time) ??

try something like that with server time (but doesnt make sense if user comes from another time zone):

if (date("H") >= 06 || date("H") <= 18))

It worked.. I've done some more work to it and the code looks like this now:
