Currency Signs are Missing!

Hi Everybody,

I am running a news scripts. Most of the times when I am adding news, then the currency signs are missing. For example if I want to add $1.5 m, then the sign of $ and m are missing. I do not know how I can correct this problem. If anybody can help me, then I will be very thankful.

Without know anymore...I'm gonna guess you need a '\' in front of your '$', eg:

\$1.5

'$' is a special character in PHP.

If you are sending you news to a database and then pulling it off it should work fine just as is. If you are using it in a string don't forget your backslash () before the $ and m. Both of these are functions used by php to perform functions.

I am now using a DATABASE, but when I add the news, they are stored in HTML files.
