I am trying to create a website like

but not sure how, or where to start,

Does anyone have any sujestions of where to start?
Ideas for it?
or scripts that might help?

I need all the help possible,
Well I have made a start with a basic login, register, and changepassword script,
but thats all, and it doesn't use My_sql, (that is one thing i can't use, cus i don't know how!!!)

check out this article on creating a database driven website, it made everything make sense for me. First time I touched PHP or MySQL was just over a month ago, now I have a fairly advanced website (http://examancer.com/) based on those two technologies, and its all coming pretty easy now... well anyways, here is the article:
