Form Processing problem

from what i've seen, there's a whole bunch of form processors out there but they don't do what i need

they send e-mails

i want a form to create a template which certain features set to certain values based on what was put on the form such as page name, a text section, a place to put a picture of choice, etc

You want to make a "greeting card" type application? if this is the case, you use the gd library of PHP to do that. I wrote a very simple app like that myself.
