spreadsheet to mysql

Your best bet in importing from spreadsheet into mysql is probably by exporting the data into a csv (comma seperated values) file, and then importing that into your database.

I do a similar thing using MyODBC where i convert ACCESS tables into MySQL tables.

Im sure Excel can be done the same way.
