I have a BIG problem... I get these errormessages when i try my mailscript

I can't figure it out whats wrong... The server is running, Windows 98 with Apache and the Latest PHP can anyone help me out on this... A friend of my said that maby Windows didn't support the mail command... If this is true... how can i get around it?
