IP timing

Hello I have a question, On my site we have a forum and the forum works very well but we have a problem it seems a person has been flooding it and I was wondering if there is a code some where that can make it so that his IP address can not post for at least twenty seconds, then he may post again.

yes there is. Infact I have made many. But there are better ones just go to google.com or ask.com. Search for Forum Spamming codes or something like that, If you cannot find one then contact me through Aol Instant Messenger (SM) my screen name is PixelPunk3. Hope I may have helped 😉
