Complex Select Statement

AND UserInfo.State = \"$state\"

limit $offset,$limit";

It is not working can anybody tell me why?
with age trying to select inbetween them
so like a range from 18 to 22 or something.

I'm not sure which database you're using, but the signs are usually <= and >= for smaller than and greater than. Also you have both $age1 and $age with =<. One should be the opposite of the other:

AND UserInfo.Age >= \"$age1\"
AND UserInfo.Age <= \"$age2\"
