Creating tab pages

How do I create those fancy HTML tab pages that I see for example in PHPBUILDER itself?

You can either make images, and link the images to the proper pages, or you can create rounded corners for the top left and right of a cell, and make them the same color as the background of the rest of the tab. This is the way that Phpbuilder does theirs.
