Simple Calendar Display...

I have a table already coded to receive events. All my entry and edit pages are setup and functioning, and there is one last piece to this simple calendar.

I need to display my information in a monthly calendar view! Here are the fields that probably matter:

cal_autonum (reference field)
cal_date (the event date)
cal_topic (short topic to display in above day's box)

How do I pull these out of my database and show them in a table 7 columns wide...like a wall calendar?

You just build a loop. Start a <tr>, and after 7 <td>'s (which would represent the days) output "</tr><tr>" to start the next week. and reset the counter.
