im trying to create a user registration and login page using sessions. I am completely new to programming and would really aprreciate any help. I want 2 be able to register the individual 2 a mySQL dbase, inputting a user first name, last name, user name (user id) and password and password verification. The script will check that all form elements have been filled in and give appropriate error messages. (similar for the login) once logged in the main menu would appear.
