User access problems

I have a site where people register, pay with their credit card and then they logon to the website. So far everything has worked smoothly and all of my users have had no technical problems signing up or logging onto the site...

But now I have this user that is saying she can't logon to the site. I checked the database and the username and passwords are correct for this user. I tried them in both explorer and netscape and they work fine. But this user is saying she can't logon to the site

Has anyone else ever had a problem like this where a user can't get in? Any ideas of what the problem could be? I just don't see what could be wrong and am running out of ideas for this person.

I use the MySQL database and PHP for the script language.

Tell her to wipe her cache and delete her cookies. Also email her with the username/password info if you haven't done so already.

If you are using sessions and an autologgin feature, she may have a badly set cookie that is fuxoring the session instantiation by feeding it bad data and thus a persistantly bad login.
