Good UBB codes

Hi,

I've tried many times to make some good ubb codes. But it never worked good. Because I'm not really good with regular expressions, what's the main reason for the bugs in my ubb codes.

I always have a problem with small things like no other UBB tags in the

 en 

tags...

Does anyone has a good ubb code (written)? Please help me, and other people, and place it here.

If you head over to http://www.phorum.org/, they use Phorum code, which also uses regular expressions.
