Ok. I know this should be database driven, and for all intents and purposes I would if this were not for a friend who does not have access to mysql.
I have a flat text file dileminated by the pipe "|" symbol.
Is there anyway I can read that file, parse it based on the | and have the results looped in a nicely formated table?
If you couldn't tell, this is for a guestbook project I'm working on.
