I'd suggest logging the users IP to a lookup table, to prevent voting more times.
Anyone who likes to spam a poll, knows to first try turning off cookies to do it.
Second thing they try it cycling their IP.
But seeing as how its much more difficult to cycle the IP to vote multiple times, the later is suggested to restrict one vote per person.
