All PHP does is provide an interface to your Oracle8 Client Oracle still works the same given the arguements of your query. If you need help on stored procedures, go read up at technet.oracle.com
or check out the OCI functions for PHP over at http://php.net/manual/en/ (the manual here is so outdated)
