Download Queue Script

Anyone know of a script that authenticates a user via mySQL and then grants them access to d/l a file? In addition I need to queue users under heavy load.

I'm looking for a scipt similar to that run un FilePlanet.com that I can reference for my own use.

I don't think one exists for download... its a very complex script, and I believe its done using serverside java, it'd be intresting to try though 🙂
