Refreshing a page every 30 secs

Trying to get a php page to refresh every 30secs don't know how i would go about doing that since i am very new to php. =(

If anybody can type the code needed I will be very thankful.

here you go put this in your head tag of your html <META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT=30> that should get you going
