This is more of a how to then direct help. Though if someone has done this or has info on it please help...
What I want to do is make an mp3 server. I know it will need to be data based. In the way that I’m going to create a web interface written in PHP then call songs off a hard drive. But that is where I get stuck. How do I call them off the hard drive? I want to be able to search them by song title and cd name. So I want that info to tag along with the song that will be played that will be piped to a home sound system.
