Comment help

Hi,

I've found a PHP program i'd like to include in a project for school but my teacher says that i can not include it unless i fully comment the code. The code is about 100 lines or so, woud anybody be able to help me? i'd like to understand how it works.

Maybe its just me but, shouldn't you either write the code yourself or atleast comment it yourself so you understand it?

Otherwise what is the point of turning it in.
