im trying to start like a free web server and i need to know if it is posible to create virtual directory's through php i dont want to have to do this through iis it self i want it so when users join it automaticly creates one is this at all posible? all help is appreciated...
Are you trying to provide hosting for multiple users? If so, there are some tools at freshmeat.net, and sourceforge.net.
