Hey,
A page of mine when u open it from the main page, it openes in a small window, when the script on that page is run it closes and then refreshes the perent window,

What can i do to stop users opening the page manualy?

and is there a way to stop users running scripts on my pages from other sites (i.e. my bank, it uses a <form> tag, how can i get the page to not work if someone on a different page submits to it?

you can use cookie or session to achieve any of that.

check for cookie/session value on your page and if not present, tell the user "not to be over smart" :-)
