hi all.
please could anybody help me to form a query with following criteria.

i have table.
slno value timestamp

slno is auto increment column

during insert operation i want to check if timestamp value of last record is 2 days
less than current date.in that case i want to check if slno is greater than 100. if both are true.i wan to del last 20 records.
else insert the new values into the table..

how will i form the query..
pl..do help..
